研究方向:

本实验室通过利用生物信息学分析方法对多组学数据(基因组、转录组、甲基化组等)进行整合研究,最终从不同层次解析生物适应性进化的分子遗传机制。主要包括以下几个方面的研究工作:

1)物种形成的群体基因组学

2)环境适应性进化的遗传基础

3)植物基因组进化
